ALTITUDE: 450 - 600 metres. In Bierzo, the altitude is one of the key factors that defines the characteristics of our grape varieties (the different types of soils are another important factor). A natural wealth that may produce from floral wines up to more complex and mineral ones.
HARVEST: Hand-picked. As we harvest old and ancient vineyards (bush vines), there is no possibility to mechanize harvest and therefore all our grapes are hand-picked, which is also a perfect way to guarantee the highest quality. Please click on the icon to get harvest reports.
WINEMAKING: Prefermentative cold maceration during 8 hours. Alcoholic fermentation in stainless steel tanks for 10 days.
